When I went to the place they helped me pick out a great bed set and mattress. The BIG problem is their delivery service! it SUCKED I don't think I would recommend them for that part. I was supposed to have my bed deliver and set up they delivered and they where missing the base of the bed. so they could set the whole bed up the guys that I had where very to them selves and left. they didn't explain much to me but say that Ashley furniture will call me tomorrow. I waited the next day and did not receive any phone calls I kept calling and was getting the run around until I had to actually go to the store and complain and to find out the drivers lied and said they built everything and nothing was missing. They wanted pictures of the furniture that was sitting in my room on the floor. Obviously if I had my bed built I wouldn't be wasting my time coming in to complain. They finally said that i had the option to go to the warehouse to pick up the missing piece and we put it up ourselves. So that is what i did because i did not want to sleep on the floor. We picked this big box up at the warehouse to drive an hour back home bring it up to the third floor of my condo and to find out it was the same exact piece we had at our home. They ordered the wrong piece. I kept calling to get this situated and they didn't deliver the until a week later and I had to sleep on the mattress on the floor for 3 nights . I went to this store to buy furniture. I have a whole house to furnish and the money to do so. My son was with me and I will admit for a second, was being not to the behavior that I expect from him. But I got that under control and went on shopping. We live in fishers, our furniture store have nothing so if I found something I was buying it. Well on the third time of the man making a comment about my son, I left. The two other employees in there socialized with my son, asked if he wanted to play with their dog…and were nothing but polite. But the one rude man fully ruined the sale and guaranteed I would make sure everyone knew they weren’t a family friendly store. People with children need furniture and are not going to play for a day of child care to simply go shopping for it. The way I was treated today was horrible. I promise, I will make sure to share this information with every single local person I can (and as a person who was raised here with a rather large family and lots of Facebook friends and groups it won’t be hard). This store advertises friendly sales people and great customer service, however that was not at all the experience I received! We were not acknowledged for over five minutes and once we were the sales lady was snooty. When she heard I was looking for used couch she walked away while I was in the middle of talking. The owner herself poked her nose into a conversation I was having with my husband about the rudeness and started an argument with me and ended up with telling me to leave the store and making very rude comments about my disability!
