Not sure where all the good reviews came from. Staff was non existent, and when I finally tracked someone down to ask where something was the girl just pointed in one direction, didn't take me there or explain exactly where is was located and she did this just to go talk and giggle with her friends, not because she was already helping another customer. The checkout gal barely said a word. And even though there was a very long line she never called for backup. I used to work at two different TSC locations, not this one, and I know sometimes it's only two people working and there is always tons to do. But still when you have a line that long and a customer trying to return and exchange a cartful or different things you need to call for backup. Especially when other girl is just chatting with...

I called ahead to see if they had an item I wanted and the person was extremely helpful and even went and verified that they had it on the shelf. I arrived a few hours later and a lady greeted me with a friendly smile and asked if there was something specific she could help me find. I began relating my previous phone conversation, to which she implied that I had spoken with her. She walked me to the product and made sure that it was what I wanted. Bought a coleman utv in April, they lost title to it when I bought it. Waited almost 6 wks to get new one. Meanwhile, somehow my receipt got wet, tried to get a new one sent to me so I could get it plated and because I got a warranty for it at the time. Left front tire went bald in the middle of the tire within one month and right headlight went out. Talked to a Zack there, he was supposed to send me a copy of original receipt to prove I got the warranty. It didnt get sent. Now I just want to return the utv and be done with it. Very unhappy...
