Don't book a birthday party here. We tried for 2 weeks calling every other day leaving messages to book the party. Then when we finally got the coordinator, she sounded like she didn't want to be bothered. The day of the party we weren't greeted by anyone, we found the party room by accident. The room itself was a mess. Chairs, floor, table were all dirty. Again, no one came in to check on us or greet us. Nothing was provided like the website said, no plates, napkins, nothing. Someone eventually came in to get shoe sizes and drop off skates. Didn't ask if we needed help or give us any instructions. When it came time to skate, we cleaned the room before letting letting ourselves onto the ice. No coach or employees gave us any help or instructions, we were on our own. 10 minutes before our time was up, someone came in and said times up, get off the ice. We will never book a...

This place is a mess. Minimal employees, most of whom are overwhelmed and not remotely interested in helping anyone.
There's one skate guard for the 9,000 people here for open skate. The pro shop doesn't have skates except EXACTLY one size. The skate rentals might as well be sponges- they're unusably dull and they won't sharpen them upon request ( or even check for slightly sharper ones ). The open skate was interrupted by the most absurd 1- minute ice resurfacing I've ever seen. Not enough cones/skate helpers for little kids and the ones they do have are "reserved" for parties. Open skate is $16/pp regardless of age or rental.
Vending machines are gouge - level pricing so bring your own snacks and drinks.
Most of this is incredibly easy to fix with basic customer service, which kind of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place has been terrible for 20+ years. The ice is brutal, especially in the summer time. They redid the locker showers on one side which took 6 months and made them it worse. Menās league fees keep going up while you get less games. Oh and now you have to register with their garbage parent company Black Bear just for the privilege of playing at 11 pm on a Monday night. They put ZERO of all this money back into the facility. Ancient air handlers out back and I doubt they put any real maintenance into the chiller plant. Typical capital vulture firm. The refs are blind too but thatās gonna happen all over. Great...
