Wistex — Local services in Warwick Township

My business was pretty much dead in the water due to my Brazilian-made heat press going down. After many failed calls and attempts to find a technician that could work on it I decided to look for a company that would at least sell me the right parts so that I could swap them out myself. I'm no electrician but my back was against the wall. I was enormously lucky to have found Wistex. Matt and Nick were my saviours. Initially, I replaced a couple of easy parts which ended up not being the problem. We moved on to another part (the culprit) but which was not available. They researched the part and found a suitable replacement which only cost about 30 bucks. Knowing that I'm not a technician, Nick got on the phone with me and guided me, step by step, through the installation. I would have NEVER been able to do this on my own. I cannot thank him, and the Wistex team, enough for their true committment to their customers. I recommend this company...

I was searching for an item and found it available with Wistex LLC. Their pricing and lead time perfectly aligned with our project installation dates. Upon following up on a shipping date, I was informed that the materials would be shipped out on Monday of this week. However, on Tuesday, I received an email stating that there had been a miscommunication with their supplier regarding the shipment of our order.

The representative at Wistex promptly informed me that they would expedite the shipping to compensate for the inconvenience. Today, Wistex reached out again to inform me that FedEx had the package stuck in transit. Instead of leaving this issue for me to resolve, they reordered the item from another source and had it drop-shipped directly to me, all before notifying me of the FedEx issue.

This was my first transaction with Wistex, and it certainly won't be my last. Their communication, problem resolution, and customer service are...

I purchased an electrical enclosure from Wistex in July, and it is great! I purchased another (same model number) this month and I assumed it was exactly the same. I made the alterations I needed for my application, and I noticed the door wasn't closing as it should. I contacted Wistex about this and explained that I understood I should have paid closer attention before altering the enclosure. Christina got back to me quickly and was super helpful explaining that the hinge design had been changed. She then shipped out a new enclosure (one with the original hinge design and the last one they had) free of charge. Great service!!!! Thank you,...
