This place must have a bunch of fake reviews or something. They are awful and have terrible service to match that too. I went in to what I thought was going to be a decent meat market. It was dirty, as in flies all over, the staff didnt even greet me they just looked at me walk in. Also when your at a meat market I would expect someone to cut the meat for me fresh to my order and preference. I asked for a cut of rib eye the guy seemed all bothered and told me there all packaged over there and points. Thats not why I cam to a meat market, if i wanted it pre-packaged i would of went to the super market. Mind you that all of these pre-packaged meats were sitting there for 2 plus days-I checked the dates of when it was packed. They are just about the same price as the market too. I got 3 chicken breasts from them and they were disgusting. When i got home they both had a disgusting foul odor to them. It smelt rancid so I threw away 2 of the chicken breast. The third one I cooked seemed okay but once i cooked it the meat was just awful, it was like it was once frozen with freezer burn and defrosted. It was extremely tough and gross. I know how to cook great chicken too. This place is horrible and their service may even be worse. They do nothing to set themselves apart from the super market .2 miles up the road, which I will be going back to now after coming...

I had a disappointing experience at this butcher shop. When I inquired about organic bones, I was met with condescension and a dismissive tone from the staff. The lady on the phone claimed that “organic bones aren’t really a thing,” which is simply incorrect. Organic standards for bones and meat are a huge factor for many people seeking ethically sourced, chemical-free options.

Instead of addressing my question respectfully or offering assistance, they seemed misinformed and uninterested in providing quality customer service. It’s disheartening that a place dedicated to meat products would dismiss an increasingly common request with such arrogance.

If you value organic, sustainable, or customer-friendly service, I suggest finding a butcher shop that takes these things seriously or is at the very least slightly educated in the concept of organic bones. Thank you...

I own Moda motive auto and collision right down the road and as of recent live very close. I stopped by today 5/6 and walked in 10 minutes to close full expecting to be told they couldn’t do any custom cuts but the butcher named chris without hesitation asked me what I needed and immediately cut it for me. I needed bone marrow bones for my dogs and chris not only cut them in half he also cut them vertically for me! The prices were also very fair for the service and quality and the fact it’s a local business is the icing on the cake! The rest of the service staff I dealt was also very courteous and made sure I was accommodated. They’ve made a long time customer out of me through just this small encounter and I look forward...
