Horrible awareness of what packages say on them, I was supposed to be able to pick up my package this morning, but they said it was out for delivery. I waited for it to be delivered for me to find out that the mail man was right in front of my door with the package and decided to take it back because he didn’t read that the package said hold at post office. Also I have footage of him flipping my package around when there were live animals in there, they were just feeder roaches but still makes me angry with how they see live animals and decide to do that. I ended up taking 2 trips to the post office to just find out that I would have to wait til the end of the day so they can call me to pick my package up at the post office. My mom and I have experienced this skinny tattooed clerk who stands at the right hand side of the table when you go to the entrance. This person has been telling us that the letter "only takes A stamp" after I asked how many stamps does a certain letter takes. She's been talking down on us as if she was either a racist or has hatred towards African Americans like myself and my mother. I believe that particular clerk is a racist and that does not make a good impression on the people. This place acted as if it would rather process immigration paperwork instead of serving the people. The Wasco Post office makes so many mistakes. Im sorry but so many times it has happened. I have gotten government mail that I delivered myself because the post office couldn't. I get mail from other people on multiple occasions every month, today my package was delivered however the box they put it in was open. To call and speak to someone is impossible. You guys need to slow down, first off mail is very important and thats why its a government branch, there is time sensitive mail.
