I couldn't be happier with the chicken coop Sinn Building Solutions built for my chickens. The workmanship and materials are top-notch: no corners were cut, no detail overlooked. Besides being well-made, it's a beautiful building and a handsome addition to our backyard. The delivered building exceeded my expectations.

Matt was very easy to work with: honest, friendly, knowledgeable, delivered on time. I had incorrectly estimated the space available to get the coop delivered into the back yard. With less than an inch to spare, Matt maneuvered the building into place without blinking an eye. (Do Matt a favor and actually measure your space rather than estimate it.)

My husband had the idea of using the back 1/4 of the building as a storage area for chicken-keeping materials (feed, wood shavings, rakes and the like), so we asked Matt to customize the coop for that use. He sectioned off the back part of the coop with hardware cloth on a wooden frame. There is a full-size door between the tack room and the coop so I can enter and clean the coop comfortably. The hardware cloth protects the chickens and I can see them and the entire coop. Great design and marvelously functional. We added an old potting bench so I have a surface on which to fill feeders and waterers and some small shelves for supplies.

Matt and the team did a great and I couldn’t be happier with my new shed! A neighbor referred me to Sinn after having a shed built by them years ago and I’m so thankful for the referral. Matt and his team did a fantastic job - they built the shed exactly how I pictured it, and the onsite build process was super quick, finished in just two days. During the planning process, Matt was super helpful in pulling together all the specifications to create the shed that I wanted - his attention to detail is phenomenal. His attention to detail was also phenomenal onsite - he noticed that the rock pad built by another company was not leveled and he made sure to lay wood down to make the area level for the shed.

I tend to be indecisive and made a lot of changes along the way, but Matt was always patient and accommodating. When I realized I forgot to include a ramp during day 1 of the build, the next day they built a one for us. The shed is really high-quality, absolutely perfect and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish....

As previously posted, the sheds as delivered were of good quality. However, when the county came in to inspect the sheds, they were failed on three areas: the electrical wiring did not pass code, the sheds were not anchored, and the shed closest to the house did not have fireproof 5/8" drywall. The sheds were delivered on 6x6 timbers which raised the height and resulted in structural interference with our house. I personally used my tools to cut away the timber height in order to make it fit under the eaves of our house. This condition was not properly communicated to us during the design phase of the sheds. Sinn has been very difficult to contact about these issues. We have had to correct the issues ourselves at much added expense. I would caution anyone who deals with this outfit to make sure that all codes pertaining to the installation are addressed. Matt has been difficult to reach and unresponsive.
