I will never buy here again. Purchased living room set and was told the protection plan covered everything after the manufacturers warranty. The set is only months old and neither the store or the protection plan company will take care of the issue I'm having with the fabric threads actually tearing and coming apart. The wood in the arms is pushing through and impossible to rest against them. The store and protection plan company passed me back and forth for weeks before wanting to get someone to look at these. Now, they are saying they can't be sure to be here during the day and evening hours I am available. Furthermore, stated they would close the claim if I wasn't here...which that would make it easy to blame me to get out of honoring their promise to cover this poor quality furniture after I have paid for the plan. And when I told the store now rude and the threats made by the protection plan company, they didn't seem to care at all. I would NEVER recommend this store or shop there again. We will be contacting the BBB and Attorney General...

The furniture is junk!!! I spent 3 grand there a couple years ago maybe more and a year later the chair started falling apart. And not from use. They furniture is made out of cheap wood. Take your money and go elsewhere! I go in there just to see if they have cheap prices on kitchen tables seen how ridiculous the prices were for the quality once again (that I already knew.) And walked out but i told the lady about the problem with the couch and she was like you had a warranty for a year. That they failed to mention to me!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't...

Spent 3k on a Couch and Love Seat there 5 years ago. Had a big sign in front of it that said Italian leather. Not only has the " Italian Leather" " flaked off the couch the electronic switch that raises and lowers has had to be replaced about 4 times since I have owned. A family member purchased his at the same time as mine and his has done the same thing. Try to help local business only to get burned. Lesson learned. The lie about the material irks...
