I am normally not one to write reviews. But this is the worst experience I have ever had at any golf course ever, and the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Pace of play is incredibly slow. We were waiting on every single tee box. Half the course is covered in duck poop and the other half smells like poop because it’s close to a dump. Me and my dad planned a golf weekend at the end of January specifically because it’s the off season and prices are cheaper. We had scheduled a tee time in advance in the early afternoon to play 18 holes, we tee’d off an hour after our tee time because they were so far behind. By the time we finished just the first 9 it was close to getting dark. So we went in to get a rain check on the back 9. Gene at the front desk was not very happy about it and clearly did not want to give us a rain check but said he can credit us 25 bucks that we can put toward 9 holes another time or use there at their pro shop. The next day is the end of the off season and prices go up to 80 dollars. So you can see why 25 dollars doesn’t seem like much when the next day it will only pay for a third of a 9 hole round. Any other course I’ve ever experienced would immediately give you 9 free holes and apologize that they were so behind. Gene, nor their general manager Marco who then came out to argue with us why it wasn’t their fault ever gave any sort of apology in any way. They acted like it was our fault we didn’t get through all 18 holes even though we teed off an hour after our tee time because they were so backed up. I will never golf here again. I come to Saint George every year with a large group of friends to golf and we will definitely be avoiding this golf course from now on. With all the nice courses around, go anywhere else. Go play sand hollow, the people there are so incredibly nice and the course is 10 times better than this place. It’s a real bummer too, the course could be so good if the management there didn’t absolutely suck.
P.s. Their lunch deal with a round of golf is also a total sham, you don’t get the full menu, you can get a hot dog and a bag of chips or like a salad. It doesn’t even come with a drink! like seriously. It’s almost funny how much of a joke...

Read moreStill a nice layout but this round was spoiled by construction going on along the 1st fairway and up above the 8th green along with loads of bare spots on the fairways. It didn’t help to have the Pro Shop tell me at check-in that our 1:30 tee time was solid because everything was on time. We were a foursome behind a twosome and waiting to hit at every tee box. As we pulled up to the 9th hole, the cart GPS showed we were 25 minutes behind. I called the Pro Shop to see if there was a Marshal on the course to fix the clog. It took a call to the restaurant with a request for transfer to the Pro Shop because 3 calls made directly went to voicemail. When I finally spoke to the person who answered and explained the situation, I was told they would check the GPS system to see what was going on and send a message to the cart(s). Paying $140pp at an hour that is almost twilight, I had higher expectations. Twosome we werepaired with paid $75pp with a resident coupon for after 1:00pm.
When we got to the 10th tee box, we were waiting to hit while reading a sign saying we should be 2 hours 15 minutes into our round. We were well past 3 hours and since the delay had been growing worse with every hole after 6, we did a u-turn and left to ensure we would still make our dinner reservations.
Staff with whom we interacted were friendly enough, but ineffective. Not worthy of a second visit for me when there are so many other...
