I got the chance to meet the Titan Washington, IL manager this evening, Prisca! I was actually having difficulty swiping my key tag, as the plastic lamination was peeling up on it from being on my keys. I saw that someone was working so I called the gym and she answered. She let me know I just needed a new key tag. She printed a new one off for me and recommended I place it in my wallet so it lasts longer. Prisca is such a sweetheart and so helpful, she gave me amazing customer service! Titan Fitness is so lucky...

Shady ownership, they will only let you sign long contracts.. which is ok i guess.. but had an issue when they were shut down for like 8 months during covid. They sent me 0 notifications when they decided to re open there gym and over that nearly year my old payment plan expired and apparently i had 2 months left on my contract (when they decided to re open) and they sent in 80$ to attack my credit score which i will definitely be disputing it.
