This was my first time visiting the shop, and unfortunately, the experience was not what I had hoped for. Upon entering with my 4-year-old daughter, we encountered a staff member at the register who, I felt, was unnecessarily stern with her. My daughter did touch a couple of items (which we were planning to purchase), but instead of addressing me as the parent, the staff member directly spoke to my child in a way that felt harsh and unwelcoming.
I understand that stores may prefer limited handling of merchandise, especially by young children, and I fully respect that. If the shop is not kid-friendly, a clear sign or notice for parents would be very helpful. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice unfriendly looks directed at us from the moment we walked in, which made the overall experience uncomfortable.

The baristas were openly rude, giving off an irritated, condescending tone as if serving customers was a burden. They even directed unnecessary sass toward my 65-year-old mother, which was completely disrespectful and uncalled for. The gift shop is very crowded with cute inventory with friendly people working there. They have a large variety if tourist stuff from blazing pink glamingo handled umbrellas to post cards, tee shirts to Oregon jams.
