8-12-25 Just teeth cleaning today and visit was great! I totally love all the staff there, I mean it when I say they are the BEST!

6/2/2025 Another great visit today to complete 2 root canals! I’m done until time for cleaning now! These people really are very professional as well as the fact that they provide quality services! I highly recommend them.

5-12-25 Great visit today as usual. Staff are very friendly, professional and caring as always! 10-18-24 Gateway Dental has the nicest staff. Their customer service is absolutely the best. They want their patients happy and it makes going to the dentist so much easier. Loved Dr Cherry, then loved Dr Mathew and their new guy filling in is just as awesome! These people set the bar high and I highly recommend them. Got to tell you Kendall is the bomb! She even provides me reminder calls!

3-27-2024 Dr Mathew is always very considerate and makes your procedure as pain free as possible. I made a great choice to stay with Gateway Dental Services after Dr Cherry retired and I highly recommend them.

5-28-2024 another good appointment today with Dr Mathew. I continue to highly recommend him to anyone needing dental services. I don’t give them a 5 star rating, they continue to deserve it by providing top notch services!

7-9-2024 Dr Mathew’s is consistent and determined to make sure he is providing the best services for his patients. He is making sure my new partials are fitting well and that his patient is pleased regardless of the times it takes to get it right! As a previous partial wearer, that is very important to me. They continue to provide 5 star for their services. His office staff and assistants are also friendly and caring!

8-6-24 Great appointment with Dr Mathew’s today . Received new partials and they were a very good fit. Also Melissa cleaned my teeth and she did a great job! I will see them in 6 months for another cleaning. Oh and let me just say the office girls Gabby and Gabby, yall are spot on. They even give me reminder calls the day before appointment! Really they have a great team! I highly recommend!

I can not possible give enough praise about the people who are the working staff! AWESOME! HOWEVER, that's were it stops! I research many, and felt like this was going to be the place! I scheduled a appointment for a consultation, and went in to discuss what I needed, He made me comfortable, relaxed, and and his character strongly aligned with my own which made it so easy to talk with, and he totally understood every one of my concerns to the in detail! He gave me complete confidence in him, and knew that i found the right place! I was excited, and couldnt schedule the next appointment fast enough to get this started! My day came, and I was even early! It was first step on the road to being able to joke, smile, and laugh again in public, and EAT! All of my teeth were finally coming out, and a pretty new smile was soon coming! Was placed in a chair, and was excited rather than nervous, knowing that 14 teeth was being removed, and I was sure, I would be soon dealing with some pain, but I felt confident in the man's abilities, and knew that he was going to take care of me! The doctor came in, and introduced himself, because I never seen the man in my life! When I immediately started asking questions of the whereabouts of my doctor, who was the main factor for making my decisionI to choose him and this clinic? Only to be informed that he had only fillied in the day of my consultation, and went back home to South Texas, and wouldn't be see him again! I was already committed at that point, and just went with the situation I was put into, and that had no choice In making,! And it has been one bad issue after another! Starting with a bone graf that fell out less than 1 1/2 days after it was placed in! The stitches that I received were to totally dissolve in 7 - 14 days, BUT, Ĵafter 8 weeks had to be removed, and were in no state of breaking down. And described as, appearing as though to be only a couple of days old! However, the stitches placed on top had dissolved in less then 14 days! They had to re-split my gums to grind bone...

I’m so happy gateway dental called me when they did to schedule appointments for my children after being referred from our insurance! I loved they were close to my home and they definitely made us all feel right at home and very comfortable which I know can be hard with all 4 of my children there at once! They took great care of them and they were very patient with my 3 year old. My daughter’s visit with Dr Mathew was great too! She’s had some very extensive dental work in the past from her Orthadontist due to her never forming adult eye teeth and they walked us through the implant procedure and gave the best options for her on a more permanent solution. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and I enjoyed talking with all of them! I can say after just one appointment I will be using this office...
