Really bad experience! The facial was made by the person who never do that. I've got terrible reaction and I had to go to the doctor. When I tried to compromise with her, I was almost kicked ou of place because she had "no time and next customer". So who the hell am I? I heard there are cosmetics "from Europe" and they costs $100 for a bottle. Well, I'm from Europe and all my cosmetics are european, what's the diffrence? Plus, I checked to price of the things, $32... I had to fight for the gift card I spent there. I definitely do NOT recommend that place!

EDIT: You did not see the evidence? Excuse me? Do you really want me to attach photos of my face, how did I looked like for over a week? I can also add pics of bills I paid for the doctor and medicines. Is it going to be a fair proof for you? Looks like your employe didn't tell you how many times did I visit your SPA and how many times did I call. I don't care how busy you are, when you do something wrong you should at least try to fix it, not ignore...

Ill start by saying they really impressed me! Iv driven last this place 2 million times and never knew about it. I checked them out for valentines day with my wife, kind of last minute also. They had an immense amount of care in our stay. We have never had a couples massage or anything like that before, and we were a little nervous and just i guess unsure of what the experience was like. We needed a break from life and kids and i wanted to make a simple massage a little more romantic. Definatly accomplished. They made us incredibly comfortable. The place was very clean smelled so perfectly pleasant. The staff was really proffessional and informative. We really felt so calm and relaxed like i mean we were really finally at ease just being there. This place has so much to offer and i highly recommend them. I really was just so impressed by the whole place, staff, and over all experience. It is absolutly a place ill return to. It is theraputic, stress releiving and very beautiful ...

My wife found this Spa online and used Groupon. Upon arrival the massage therapist would not honor the rate. I still went ahead with the massage. (Hot Stone massage) During my stone massage the therapist asked me how was the pressure. I replied, "you could go a bit harder." Little did I know, she used that moment as an excuse to later charge me for a deep tissue massage and not the Hot Stone massage I initially wanted. When I tried to contact my wife to confirm the rate she found online (without the Groupon) as opposed to the rate she charged me, which almost doubled, she rushed me out of the building saying, "I'm very busy and have clients to see." The building was empty! After reading the pamphlet, it does state that rates are subject to change WHENEVER. That was my error for not doing my own research beforehand. Needless to say I won't be supporting this...
