The young lady that was initially assisting me was very pleasant. However, the manager and/or franchisee (purely guessing because she scoleded the girl who gave me the few supplies) who came to ring me up for the purchase and rudely gave me a lecture that next time, she can’t spare any cups or lids, citing that she could chance running out of lids and then what. What?? And surely they’re not tabulating revenue solely by counting cups and lids used.
I had only asked for four small cups and two lids for a quart of their Grab-B-Go sorbet that I was taking on a hospital visit. WHAT a terrible business move! Her explanation made zero sense and how dare she lecture a customer. And I just supported this business as a patron only to get an earload of this nonesense? Go...
Read moreI ordered two birthday cakes for my daughter’s birthday party in advance. We went to pick up the cake on the day of and they told us the cakes were damaged. Really? They didn’t give me a call prior we came to find out on the day of the party that the cakes were damaged. They just told us to get any cake in replacement or get a full refund. At the very least, they should give us a full refund and a complimentary cake because whatever cake we get is not the same one that we preordered. My daughter was extremely upset to see her supposed to be Elsa cake turn out to be a plain white cake with a couple of flowers on top. This is ridiculous I am never going to order from baskin...

And then I had to explain to her that I wanted whipped cream three times. I don't understand. I don't understand I don't understand. I consider myself a person that speaks well.
