So I purchased a can of fluorescent orange spray paint a few weeks back to paint tops of stakes , I had BBB everything ready and popped theo top off and NO Nozzle! Went to the store and Just wanted to swap it with one with nozzle. I go in and grab one off the shelf and the girl up front said she couldn’t help because I didn’t have a receipt. I explained to her I didn’t want cash back, just wanted one with a nozzle. I told her I didn’t care she could take the nozzle off of that one and put it on the one I brought in and I’m all good. She then proceeded to tell me that she had a 30 day term policy.  I told her I was not there to get my money back returning the item. I was there just to get the nozzle or one with the nozzle so I could use the spray. She said sorry there’s nothing we could do for you.. I said seriously I bought the paint to use knowing I wasn’t gonna use it for a couple weeks. I just now opened it and I can’t use it. She said sorry we have a 30 day return policy. So I’m thinking to myself all the money I spend in this place and they can’t even swap a little tiny plastic nozzle. They wanna give me a hard time.. so then I said fine. I will never shop here again. Left the other items I was going to purchase grabbed the spray paint. Can that had no nozzle to it and left the store not to return ever again. I can see a 30 day return policy on getting money back, but if you’re swapping an item that you purchased from someone that’s supposed to be whole and wasnt ,they should’ve been able to do this. This is totally unacceptable , I love to support local businesses, however I’m not gonna support a business that tries to screw over their customers. Plummer's is an excellent Ace Hardware store, they usually have what I need and the folks working there are always helpful, even if some of them aren't particularly knowledgeable about hardware or born rocket scientists, if you get my drift. But some of their staff are highly knowledgeable on the other hand, and all of them try their best. Todd Plummer, one of the owners, will bend over backwards locating and ordering a specialized part for you too if they don't stock it, and while he doesn't work at this location he is reachable by phone and will have your part delivered to this location for pickup. I am so glad Plummer's hardware is so close to me, they have saved me countless longer drives to Lowe's or...

I walked in and immediately was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He asked if he could help me and I told him what I was looking for and another gentleman said come with me I'll show you where they are. And then another young gentleman show me where something else was. Everybody was very very friendly very nice and one of your employees went overboard with helping me. I couldn't get my car door to shut properly and he came out and checked it out for me and got it fixed. I was very grateful for that. I wish I had taken the time to know their names so I could tell you. But I was very pleased with everything...
