1)The bra was NOT stained nor soiled. How untruthful and disrespectful of you to even try to find false justifications for your wrong. Iâm sure you wouldâve pointed out to me if it was âstainedâwhich you didnât at all.
As you saw I was hand full with a toodler reason why; A. I did not see your store policy nor you as âcourtesy to a NEW customer that has never been to your storeâ made it aware like every other store does. But lesson learned. I must be more aware of small business it like yours. B. I DID NOT WORE the bra for a long period of time, nor walked around with it. I trusted your recommendation since sizing is supposed to be your expertise. I will advice you to learn from the Store Soma; The lady that assisted me told me I wonât let you buy such an expensive bra if it doesnât really fit you. I went in your store and told you I had no clue was size I was trusting your guidance but ended up with an owner that only cares about the sale.
True... as I verified I went to your store on Weds the 30th and came back Friday the 1st let me correct my statement âI went back 48 hours laterâ.
No where in your sales receipt states nor specify your exchange policies. It states and I quote âAbolutely No refunds Store Credit onlyâ. So, not only you are dishonest and misleading your receipt also gives the customers the wrong information.
How is it that the items canât be exchanged if âwornâ but you let your customers try the bras and walk around the store (which I didnât ) with them on? Think about it... Letâs say a customer named lily with poor hygiene goes to your store and try a bra on (like I did tried 3bras) Then another customer letâs call it Susan will come in and try on the same bra lily wore but didnât buy...isnât that consider a worn bra? What happened with the blue bra I tried on and didnât buy? You probably put it back on the floor to sell it to another woman that is going to try that worn blue bra. So with all due respect, Technically you sell worn bras. Just because the bras has tags it doesnât mean it hasnât been worn by another woman. With that being said your âsanitary reason arenât validâ
I fell sorry that as an business owner you are willing loose credibility to keep a sale. Customer service is not your priority. It sure wasnât in my case. She will be very polite in the beginning of your purchase but trust me I have never felt more disappointed and betrayed in my life! I trusted her in choosing the right size of a bra for me. I am 38G & there wasnât many options for me to be specific on 3 bras to try on. She went and looked for a 36G and said I know this is too small for you doesnât hurt to try. So I tried and in kinda looked good she said I was going to be able to adjust the back and she was surprised it fit so recommended me to take it (of course)She proceeded to asked if I was going to leave on so I said yes I spent 128$ in Two bras and trusted her recommendation.Went home and I couldnât stand the bra, had to keep adjusting it cause the cup was too small ( which she knew). Went back 24 hours later, and told her the bra was to small and I needed an exchange. To which she said oh that was the bra that you walked out of here with? No I canât take it back after you wore it. I asked her why she didnât even notify that to me yesterday? And he said oh I did ... When she didnât !! On top of everything she was lying about metioning her policies, then she had the audacity to tell me she could help me find something else..... I literally just had to walked out there and while walking out she still tried to make a sale by saying oh I can give you a discount... Which I told her I just lost 56$ dollars on a bra that I wonât even be able to wear, 56$ Dolors I could have used to buy diapers ... I will never in mY life go back there. I wish she would have been honest and explained her policies and leave me with the option of walking out with a bra I wasnât going to able to exachange after ..... I dislike businesses that care more about their money and rather loose a valuable customer instead of making an exception to maintain the relationship and business with the customer. She couldâve said at least I will take it but will charge you restocking fees and make that exception since I was a brand new...

When I walked in I had seen lingerie that were just so unique and beautiful to me. At first when we had asked the owner if there were any more corsets, she was unsure initially since it was in high demand for the Halloween season, but she did everything in her power to help me which I was so grateful for. She managed to find me a corset that fixed my body type and Iâm a small, extra small around there. She was extremely helpful and very informative, she was also very welcoming to me even though I had never been in the store before. I would recommend going to this store since there are so many beautiful designs.
