In my business, there’s always room for improvements, but Jester’s Gallery LLC does not need many of those. I have been visiting the store for about 4 to 5 years ever since moving. It is absolutely phenomenal as far as there variety of products they provide awesome customer service, friendly in general people to be around in the communities I’ve played, which is magic the gathering, more events than you know what to do with the prices across-the-board similar to what you would find online and or at a different local LGS they even price match.
I highly suggest visiting them if you check out their shop and there vast collection of cards for sale.
And for my personal favorite is the dollar pack for Magic. The gathering that they have I think it’s three foil cards guaranteed and two rares and mythic in it and you get five of those and a bunch of lands and you got yourself a good friend draft for a very reasonable price and it’s always a surprise as far as the combinations for the decks people get to make together. I highly recommend it. That is literally how I became in love with that store. The value of dollar has also been metrically rated for about five years and you will not be disappointed, especially overtime if you decide to buy them as well
on a few occasions, I have had a mythic and or a rare in a mythic missing from a pack on both the occasions I brought up with the store. They had made it right and replaced the packs that I had the issues with with no questions asked or very little hassle given, bottom 500 packs I’ve purchased from them. It’s only happened on 2 to 3 occasions. They should give people an idea of what you’re dealing with and you do have an issue with the store as far as a customer is concerned
Overall, I place a four out of five , as an expert in operations management supply chain management, and automation of processes there is quite a few things that they can do to make us as customers much happier with faster product and no missing product availability if things were...
Read moreAlso they charge scalper prices for ETBs and everything else. Edit: after reading other reviews it seems their excuse for these prices is that they essentially buy from scalpers, then need to make a profit. Just stop. Stop buying from scalpers. Show solidarity even if it means not having the latest stuff in stock. And to everyone looking to get more than 35% when you want to sell a Pokemon card to them, there are two other shops in the area I know of that offer 50% (pretty normal) or 80% store credit. This place is NUTS. Edit again: you guys had product on release day, meaning you got it from the Pokemon company. Before scalpers. So why scalper prices on launch day? And no, you won't have to see me again lol along with most of the other people in the community who have nothing but terrible stuff to say about this stores ethics and how they treat their customers 😭 sucks to suck I guess. **Edited AGAIN bc you guys just can't seem to take accountability: what am I lying about? And what reason would I have to lie lol When PRE was released, Pokemon center MSRP was 50$ for an ETB (which you guys had on release day which means you didn't buy them from scalpers) and were selling for nearly double that. Tech sticker packs were double. Binders, double. Where's the lie? Other than you guys digging a deeper and deeper hole trying to justify why you're scalping customers. Your response is going to look great to future potential customers, so please, keep it coming. Also, lol trespass me 😂 as if I'd ever step foot in your scalper shop again when there are numerous card shops around that don't scalp their customers. Your impulsive and heated responses to being called out tell us all we need to know....
Read moreSo I figured since I was trolled it’s only fair to do it back. I have been to this place a couple of times since it’s one of the few card stores kind of close to me. I had noticed they had Labubu’s on the counter and anyone who knows what these things are knows they are very popular right now. I had left regretting not purchasing because of the price listed on them and worried they’d be fakes so I called the store soon after leaving to get more information and then decided to come back to purchase them. About 30 minutes later after the phone call I had got there only to be told they were sold. Not to any actually customers but the employees went ahead and purchased all they had. They really thought this was hilarious and then were trying to then sell me them when they had already opened the packaging for the same price. I do understand that stores run on a first come first serve basis but they knew I was coming up there to get them, on top of they weren’t even sold to an actual customer. They were all snickering in a corner trying to avoid me. Due to the staffs lack of professionalism and of course, it pissed me off, I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. I will say it’s a very nice and clean store. The items are about $5-$10 bucks more than other stores and that’s about all I have to say. Oh also here are...
