Absolutely terrible customer service.. was in yesterday and purchased 3 grams of rosin for $150.. only for one of them to be clearly opened and over a year old.. the other was a 710 Labs persy badder .. when I looked at the product once I got home I realized it was in a white box and not a black box.. I emailed 710 and their web page confirmed all persy products, pods, flower, concentrate pucks, etc all come in black packaging. But the price difference is huge between tier 1 and persy. Almost $15 on average before tax Thinking it was no big deal I went back in today to exchange it. Only to met with hostility and bad customer service. I ended up getting the same budtenders that I had yesterday.. I'll be polite and not name drop your worker . (Because I'm better then that lol ) I asked for a manager before explained anything.. went ahead and told her because they rang me up yesterday that this product was opened and this other one is labeled wrong. The Budtender immediately got defensive and said that " I was mistaken in what I had purchased ".. the receipt metric matches the receipt and the boxes that I had. Brought back . I had brought receipts and took a picture of my product side by side..I asked which of these was persy. At this point you can feel the hostility and the manager walked over. I had to explain to their manager the 710 lab tiers and the clear difference in price badders sauces etc.. I ended up having to show him 710's own website description.. you charged me $70 for a white box tier 1 badder..? Even putting on a discount for $56 before tax you're still charging more than normal sale prices. Then their manager made zero attempts to make things better. Only offered me an exchange and literally nothing else for my time and money wasted. Wouldn't even give me a credit to purchase a better quality rosin. Said I could "pay the difference because it's a little more pricey.." you sold me a product labeled wrong . Another one opened and a month before expiration. Budtender with too much pride telling me I wrong . When clearly I was in the right. And you do literally nothing extra for that customer lol it's cool only spent $150 on 3 gram of rosin.    Read moreIt's ... ok đ¤ˇââď¸. It was my first visit at Levels, Waterford (or any Levels), and the staff were definitely friendly. It was a bit of a wait. It was 20 minutes to get called into the service area, only to realize that I was in another line inside there now. That's rough for people who can't stand for any periods of time. It would be so much better to be called in when a budtender is actually free and ready for the next customer. There were 9 empty budtending spots, so hiring seems like a good solution to the long wait issue. Free Joints; just because they're free doesn't mean they have to be all the same exact strain. Also, consistency is kinda key. The ones I got are really roughly made, sort of all over the place. They have an app that is a bit over the top. Other dispensaries just do the totaling for you in their system without having to download and sign up for some specials. It didn't have a proper menu that I could find either. The app could definitely use some "sprucing up." It's very base. If they see posts like this as constructive criticism and not insulting, they have a great way to adapt and improve through open minds and open communication with the community. Overall, it was a nice visit with friendly staff and a decent selection of products, but there's always room for improvement. I'll be back in to follow up on this post.    Read moreI donât know about this place. Most team members are pretty cool. The security guy is actually the most professional and respectful person there. Some of them have a habit of making things up when they are wrong and thatâs the kind of thing that will make me drive a little farther to go somewhere else.
Today the girl at the front desk sticks me in a line where I wait forever just to get to the front and be told I should have been in pick up line which has no waiting but also no cashier. So i wait again. On my way out, I tell front desk girl she put me in the wrong line. she says âOh I asked if you had a pickup order and you said noâ. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! She only asked me to drop my mask when I walked in. Nothing else. Who just makes up an entire conversation that never happened??
Last time I was there, my discount wasnât applied. The guy tells me âthey all have to be the sameâ⌠HE MADE THAT UP BECAUSE HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT! đ They always have 4 or 5 brands under the same deal and I almost always mix and match because i shop for strain, not brand. Itâs possible that things have changed, but I just put an order together yesterday that had different brands and the discount applied.
