A friend an I came to this location today May 16 around 1:40pm as we went thru the drive thru the first thing we get told is that their grill was down and it would be a 8 min wait being that we are both pregnant and craving Burger King we decided to wait. My friend placed her order and once she was done I asked it I could place a separate order and was told it couldn't be done i said that's fine, but being that I seen there was literally no other customers inside or thru the line I decided to ask again at the window to see if they could ring it up at one of the cash registers inside for me but I was rudely told no because she was not about to lose her" job just because I wanted to order somthing, well my friend then offered to add it to her order since we were told we would have to wait 8 min anyways but again the girl at the drive thru told us very rudely no that she already told us she couldn't make any changes or add ons to an order at the window. At this point I was just ready to leave there was no reason why we should have been getting yelled at for wanting to add on to an already existing order or any reason period! my friend then asked to speak to the supervisor the girl at the window then turned around and we could hear her tell her supervisor that "the girl at the drive thru wanted ask her somthing she already explained to us" the supervisor was no less rude then her worker after she rudely told us how she couldn't add to our order my friend explained that all we wanted was a chicken sandwich added on while we waited the 8 min for her whopper, the supervisor then says "your not going to wait 8min so" your the whopper order? I have it right here" (she was speaking about a bag next to her but as it turns out No that was not ours it was for the one car that they had parked waiting) she then says fine I'll do it for you this time and proceeded to ask me my order with an attitude and rushing me mind you there was still no other customers" once she finished she then went to the line and said "get it out fast bc she wanted us out of her window". this was one of the worst fast food services both of us have every experience it was unprofessional unneeded and uncalled for. Ps: my chicken sandwich bread was not tosted well hmm wonder...
Read moreVisited this location 6/26/2025, arrived approximately 10:15, left at around 10:50 without any food. I was the 4th vehicle in line. They were only taking 1 order at a time (take the order, have them pull around, finish that order before taking the next order), so each vehicles wait at the speaker was lengthy, but understandable if there’s short staff. It took me 15 min to get to the speaker, once I get to the speaker I wait 10min (in the meantime I see the vehicle that was in front of me pull of so nobody is at the window, next vehicle to pull around would have been me), the lady finally comes on and says can she help me, I tell her I have a 6 digit code (from my app), she tells me hold on, I waited another 10minutes, it sounded staticy on the speaker like maybe they were having speaker issues so after waiting over 10minutes I pull up to the window wondering if there’s speaker issues. I pull up to the window and sat and watched a female who I believe name is Angel bullshitting with 2 men coworkers. Not bagging food. Not prepping food… there was no order to be prepared it was almost 11pm, nobody was in the lobby and the last car to order had been gone at least 15min At this point. I sit and watch for a min knowing eventually they’d see someone was at the window. The male worker finally sees me, lets the white female with glasses know, & she comes over to the window defensive (because she realized I had been sitting there watching her mess around while she had a line of up to 10 vehicles at one point give or take the vehicles that were pulling off because it was taking so long) She comes to the window rude and with attitude, says she’s training (it was NOT training she was doing, she had zero orders to train on) and she couldn’t take my order at the window and told me get back in line. Horrible service. Disgusting conduct. Very ignorant behavior. I’m leaving this review because I was told the manager and district leader hates these and they stay for 2yrs. I have the managers contact info, and I plan on obtaining the district leaders info. People should be treated how they’d want to be treated no matter where they are. And I hope this review encourages management and district leader to put some kind of mutual respect training amongst...
Read moreI had a very court session Friday March 4, 2022 in between cases I went to Burger King to grab me a quick lunch. When I went in one one table had people eating. I was the only one in line. While I was patiently waiting to be helped. I was on the phone with someone. I didn’t mind the wait cause I knew the drive-thu was packed. I waited almost 10 minutes the lady Jennifer the manager noticed me walk in. Not only did she not greet me but she looked at me a couple times. While I was still patiently waiting a guy that was at the dry station told me he would be with me in a couple minutes. I just replied okay thank you! Jennifer then proceed to tell him “I’m not helping her until she gets off her phone” so I then hung up my phone and replied I guess I can be helped now that I’m off my phone. I placed me order with the wonderful gentle men. The. I asked Jennifer why she could take my order. She then proceeds to tell me it’s a rule. I told her even know no signs are posted next time for customer service it would be nice to tell someone in stead of making them wait so long. I waited for my food. Trying not to let the horrible rude manager get to my wonderful day I was having. I go sit my the window in the car back to have some lunch and do my reading. As I start to eat I can hear Jennifer talking badly about me to all of the staff so I walk up to her asking why she is talking loud enough for me to her and she reply well they wanted to know what was going on. Once again great customer service. Went back to the court house and everyone could tell what was going on. I told them Jennifer at Burger King needs a vacation or a new job.
