I use to love this laundry mat, but there is one particular worker that makes it so hard to want to come here anymore. I have tried on numerous occasions to overlook the attitude and the constant nagging and just unfriendliness of this employee, I even took a year off from coming here because of this particular employee I made the mistake of coming here again and she just so happens to be working. She is the only employee out of all of them that is rude and gives me a hard time. She’s constantly coughing and hacking everywhere. She will sweep and mop next to you while you are trying to fold your clean clothes flinging mop around and dirt flying around from sweeping, talk about gross. On another occasion as I’m sitting right there she took my clothes out of the washer instead of asking me because I was preoccupied by another task, if I wanted someone else to touch my clothes I’d have gotten laundry service instead of self serve. In the 2 min it took to write this review she has now coughed over 13 times while not covering her mouth. The $50 a week I spend here is there loss I will not be returning, I have gotten way better service at a closer laundromat for the last year the only reason I had come back was because of there 2 extra large dryers. It’s simply not worth the hassle anymore. To the owner sorry but Diane needs to go. She is so rude to customers not just me. She talks about customers behind their back to other customers while customers are washing and can clearly hear her and it’s very unprofessional. The coughing and lack of respect is losing you business.(I don’t care if she has copd when she still continues to smoke outside the door letting the stink of her habit seep thru the doors, if she doesn’t care about her own health we should not be forced to be coughed on or around for her lack of respect for her own self, but what does it matter when she is rude as anything to...

Love this place , Christina was absolutely amazing, I came here to wash my big size blankets and sheets annd household stuff and she offered help by assuring and suggesting what would be my best options choosing machines . It was a great experience and i will definitely be back . They are sooo laid back and friendly here. It’s actually nice to come here. When i was gathering my stuff from washer Christina brought me bigger laundry basket that made transfer to dryer easier. It’s those little touches that helps. You can be in your own if you know what you doing and have no questions, yet if you need a help they are here to support you. This is a very welcoming and clean laundromat in the Waterford area. I appreciate that the owner took time to really write out her vision when it comes to helping people do laundry and encouraging them to come in. One sign that always sticks out to me and makes me smile is the door sign that says be a blessing to someone else. One other thing to mention is with everything being so high right now this facilities prices on washing and drying is high. However, at least your clothes will come out clean and not tethered and this location also offers pick up and drop off for laundry service; if you don't have time to do it yourself.
