I believe good business should be celebrated. 🎉🎉🎉I'd like to share and spotlight a local business for their speedy, and professional work. Mr. Appliance of Waterford is hands down the best company I've dealt with when needing an oven fixed. A week ago My commercial oven at my shop was blowing cold air. I called a couple of other companies, but none of them could accommodate me immediately when I talked to Valerie over at Mr. Appliance she was very understanding and tried to get a technician to me the same day she called me back a couple hours later, and told me that, they were able to get Richie out to me. Richie is the gentleman that you see pictured below. He was prompt and Knowledgeable and respectful, even though we were in his way, trying to do our baking in a smaller oven nearby he was conscious of our space, and after taking the oven apart he discovered it was the heating element. Valerie on the customer service line ended up finding a heating element and ordering it for me to arrive as quick as possible.He ended having to come back Friday to put in the new heating element. And just like magic within a couple of hours of getting the part put in my large oven is working again.

Very dissatisfied, the service person said nothing was wrong with our dryer and we needed an electrician to check the power source. We did contact an electrician and he reported nothing was wrong. We contacted Mr. Appliance again and the secretary told us we would be charged AGAIN if they came out. We hired a different handyman and he fixed our dryer in 5 mins with a simple fuse change. To management: I have been trying to contact you for two weeks. I tried speaking with your secretary, Valerie, several times and have not had a pleasant experience. She is very rude if you disagree with her opinion. I provided the information from the electrician- who found nothing wrong with the power source and provided the evaluation from the handyman, who actually fixed our dryer, a simple fuse. Your company failed to provide us with the service we paid for and I have been trying to get the refund we deserve. If you could call or at the very least email, it would be appreciated. They came out to my house and said it's $120 diagnostic free if you. But you get a credit if you use their service I said okay they came out quota price 370 with the diagnostics fee included. I asked them how much was the repairs and labor.. they refuse to tell me.. they told me I was buying the warranty. Labor and repair costs are not discussed with the customer.
