The waterloo store manager, Marcella Foster, needs to consider a change of employment since she can't give decent, respectful customer service. Saturday afternoon my boyfriend and I went in and spent 80 dollars on dinner supplies and gifts for 2 little girls. One of the gifts was a unicorn backpack. We got home to a house full of people that we invited for dinner and realized that the unicorn back pack had 2 very long cuts down the sides. So, we sent our son's to the store to return it, forgetting to give them the receipt. They were very much talked down to and disrespected by this so called manager. And the return was not made nor was the bag given back. When the boys (ages 20 & 15) came home and told us what happened matt and I went to the store to resolve it. She blatantly said that "things were fishy" in which i told her the only thing fishy is her piss poor attitude towards paying customers! I admit I was heated and I absolutely DID make a scene! I will not allow ANYBODY to talk to and about my kids the way she did yesterday! She first tried to tell me she didn't have the bag. Then she said it was in the back and after finally doing the return she continued to ESCALATE the situation instead of trying to diffuse it like a proper manager should. She even followed us out of the store still running her mouth & claiming that we are not allowed back even tho I had already said multiple times I will NEVER return. She had 2 young employees working at the time that witnessed the entire encounter and had i been a crazy person... she easily would've put them in danger as she did NOTHING to diffuse the situation! She only made it worse! She was the rudest manager i have ever dealt with in any location from any business! She also talks about her employees in a degrading manner to other employees while there are customers in earshot. It's disrespectful, unprofessional and absolutely unnecessary! Read moreThis place is horrible . Store is always a disaster. Carts full of stock not taken care of . Aisles blocked. Shelves empty. Almost every time I have to go in there they never have what I need. I don’t even go in this store anymore if I don’t have to. Customer service is atrocious. Even worse since they got the self check out. If you need help with the self check out you have to holler to get someone’s attention . They are mostly in the office talking amongst each other or they come out when they hear you but they are talking on their phones to someone with ear pieces in . And half the time the self check out you can only use cards so if you’re paying cash you have to wait until someone decides it’s convenient for them to check you out on the register . That's when I put the can back. But the lady did give it to me at 3.00. And then I got herbal essence shampoo and cond with their coupon buy 2 get 5.00 off. Well it didn't take the coin off when I entered my ph #. I told the lady and she checked on her computer and it did not have it under my number. So I showed her on my phone under my account.
