This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! It was very tough for me to find a place that would pierce my 7 month old baby girl's ears. Your baby does have to be at least 6 months old for ear piercing here, which is reasonable. I am so grateful I had this experience here. From scheduling the appointment to choosing the jewelry and the piercing itself, Lanier did everything she could to make me feel welcomed and cared for. She took her time to make sure I was happy and that my baby girl was comfortable. Lanier also was very knowledgeable about the products as well whoch helped me make the right decisions for my baby. Today is my first and last Vist to one of your stores located in Athens, GA. After the treatment received by me and my daughters by your manager and associates I feel racial profiled and rudely received. After having almost 10 people in the store at one time for free ear piercings when it's our turn we are asked to come in one at a time. Now how does that seem right I the least that it's okay for your Caucasian customers to enter into a big group. But when it's me and 3 of my children we have to enter one at a time. Is this your store policy to treat different races this way? Please let me know so I don't waste my time anymore and hopefully...

I can't believe this place is still open and actually thriving or is it? No one answers the phone the mailbox is full, the employees arrive when they want to if they arrive at all. Some days they don't open at all and the girls are extremely rude. I love the cosmetics but hate the service. When they were at the mall they had to be open now I know why they left now they can do what they want. Very dissatisfied...
