Edit: Runnings did call and apologize for what happenened. Did not offer to make it right. Since we bought the mower,he has used it 3 tiimes. Couldnt get it it to run,turns out rusty bolts were put under seat and it broke broke,we had to replace,at our own cost,it ran a few more times,now he cant get it to run at all! Now we have to get a professional to come and fix whats wrong now. This has turned into a terrible situation for us. Please dont use them unless you have no other choice! Terrible customer. service,rude,not helpful. We went in to get a riding mower,$2300.00,they couldn't find instruction booklet,handed us a bag of accessories for the mower,didnt know the name of them,said here is your " thingyings" that goes to it! We are elderly,and we were treated like crap! Wouldnt unchain the mower,until we bought it,to see if it fit our needs,couldn't find the keys to unlock it or for the mower itself! I was appalled at the managers inability to at least smooth over the situation or apologize for the treatment we received. The tires on the mower needed to be pumped up,no help to load it,would not deliver it,told us to rent a truck and a trailer to get it ourselves. We will not be going...

They have many things but there are shortcomings. There have been a few times where I have been sold things by the staff that I later discovered needed to be returned because it was not the item I asked for and didn't know better standing...

Awesome. Call ahead an hour to give notice. Pull into parking lot go to nursery section. They’ll bring out forklift and pallet jack to unload their product. Very nice and professional people. In and out less...
