Place sucks, do not go here, waste of time, money, and they lie to you about prices and contract. I went in to the t mobile in wauconda, the lady working said she was the store manager. This was near end of February. I told the lady, I just wanted a cheap phone to see if it works at my House I just bought, I have terrible service there. So she showed me free phones, and I said if it works after a month, I will buy a different phone, that was fine she said. I said what if in a month that I can’t use it due to signal, she told me don’t pay the monthly service anymore. So since it didn’t get hardly any signal at my house, I didn’t buy anymore service. Now they are try to get me to pay for the “Free” phone and other amount. I talk to a representative from t mobile and they said bring back the phone and that will end the payment. So I did but none of the stores will take it back. Now it went to a collection agency? Why, I did what you said. You are the ones that won’t take it back, and are charging me for a free phone. I of course checked the email because I have not step foot into a store so what is the receipt in regards too. I saw that there was a virtual line added to my account from this location. I called and got the run arround that it's being applied automatically to accounts, and that the receipt was just generated to that store as a default because it's probably a nearby store to me. One, I saw the offer on my sprint app and it stated NO WHERE that it was something that was going to be applied automatically to my account. Two, I am NO WHERE NEAR this store. I hang up because I won't sit here and hear the B.S about how you want your comission. Read moreAfter disappointing calls to the T-Mobile customer care on the phone trying to straighten up my bills, I gave the benefit of the doubt by visiting this store where I originally signed up for T-Mobile plan. Ellie was very kind and trying to help by calling on my behalf but the T-Mobile customer care system was down, she told me to come back the next day. Janet R was helping me the next day. She was wonderful and my problem with T-Mobile bills was resolved in less than 1hr. I even witnessed how she helped out the customer before me. She put herself in the customer’s position.
