Horrible service provided by drive thru employee, AKA, Bree. I have never been so insulted in my life! No respect to elders! Bree was a bully, and after expressing my horrible experience to her co-worker Jose, Bree said she will never loose her job, because sheās worked with the company many years. All started at 1:52 PM, today 7/12/2023. I had placed an order through the drive thru and when Iād approached the drive thru window and gave Bree my credit card to charge for the order, I asked politely for her to repeat my order back to me. Thatās when Bree, in a rude and with a disrespectful tone, told me to āPAUSEā. I right away told her that she didnāt have to speak to me in that tone, since I was a customer and I was being nice to her. She then started making childless face expressions as she kept twisting her mouth letting me know that it was an inconvenience to her m, me asking her to repeat my order. I then requested my credit card back and then requested to speak to another employee, that was at the food line, since he had helped me in the past with the same type of order. Once this employee, Jose, approached the drive thru window I explained what had happened and asked who was the manager. At all times Bree was in the background, listening to our conversation. Jose stated that they were all managers, while Bree was listening and began smirking a smile while I was explaining that I myself was a store manager once and Breeās rudely manner can help her loose her job. Thatās when she retaliated, by telling me that she will never loose her job because se had worked many years for corporation. The thing I like most though is the customer service there. Everyoneās nice, but Iāve grown very attached to one of the employees who I always have waiting on me. His name is Cole and he works the Drive Up window and, the inside register. Heās very polite and considerate and helpful. And when he graduates from high school, and goes to college we will have a new EMT in the area. Which I can guarantee with his personality and kindness he will make a fine addition to any town. So needless to say if you go to Kentucky fried chicken, make sure you say hi to Cole and if you have any questions, even if theyāre in another language, heāll try to help you. Ā Ā Ā Read more4.21.21 update My husband came through the drive through and ordered $40 worth of food. He could not understand the drive through attendant and also felt they could not understand him due to language barrier. Not only did they sort him a large mashed potato and gravy, but a whole cake as well. There were 12 ppl behind him in the drive through so he felt he would delay business further while checking the entirety of his order so he didn't. While we understand They were busy and people make mistakes, we do not live in the area and can't easily just come back through to get the remainder of our order. Pretty unhappy to say the least.
