I recently visited Granger for help with a fitting issue I was having, and I left feeling completely let down. The gentleman working there showed no interest in assisting me or helping resolve my problem. I was struggling with a fitting that I had never encountered before, and instead of offering any feedback or suggestions on how it could be fixed, he just shrugged it off.

When I asked about an O-ring that could potentially solve the issue, he made it seem incredibly complicated to find the correct size, as if it was too much trouble. Worst of all, he didn’t even make an effort to check if they had anything in stock that could help me.

I understand that the fitting was unusual, but the lack of any attempt to assist or provide guidance was really disappointing. I expected better customer service from a place like Granger. Unfortunately, I left without any solutions and with the sense that I wasn’t...
