So, I am from the Chicago area, but my family is from Waukon. My parents' home needed a new microwave, the old one was an odd size that they no longer make. From my area, I found a microwave that I was told was a swap out. It was much larger and wouldn't fit, so I returned it for another that "should" fit. It didn't. Frustrated, I called Rockweiler and spoke to Beth. Beth was very professional and, more importantly, very helpful. Instead of running back to Chicagoland and dealing with someone who was just making a sale, I got the help and guidance from Beth and got a microwave that did work for me. Job...

I just had to replace several appliances for my home. I shopped around and found that Rockweiler's offer us the best price and fastest service of all. We just moved to Waukon this summer. Every experience we have had with Rockweilers has been exceptional. I had to order a refrigerator by phone and then a freezer in store. All staff have been absolutely wonderful. I am astounded at the delivery staff. They did an amazing job. Bringing in new appliances and taking out and old freezer.
