An excellent find! We visit Waukon a couple times a year and tried Yen Hing Dragon for the first time. It's not much to look at from the outside, but DO NOT let that fool you like it did us! I went on a Wednesday night and it was very quiet. Server was attentive and checked in appropriately. The selection was huge, and I really enjoyed my shrimp and mushroom meal - very tasty and well seasoned and the shrimp was perfectly cooked and there was plenty of it. Could have done without the celery in that meal (will remember for next time - it was very strong tasting celery...not a fan). Will definitely be returning to try...

I only go to certain Chinese restaurants for 2 dishes for the most part, which are the egg rolls and the fried rice specifically house fried rice. The egg rolls were good but were a tad boring, but the house fried rice was fantastic. Actual jumbo shrimp, not the salad brine shrimp(tiny) that you usually get and the chicken wasn't dry, the beef wasn't dry either. Will be going back soon,...
