Employees were polite and friendly. I was in there a while just getting all the little things I forgot to get from Walmart or didn't realize needed. The prices are decent and their $1 isle is way better stocked with cleaning and household goods than other Dollar General stores I'd been to. My cart was almost overflowing and after all the coupons and everything were deducted the total was about $150. I thought for sure it would be around or over $200. I usually clip all the coupons on the app prior to shopping (or sometimes while shopping) and it takes a minute or 10 to process it all at the register since it's downloading all of them but that way I don't miss any discounts on things I didn't realize were on sale. The only thing I didn't see that other DGs have is fresh produce. I may have missed it but it's nice to grab some lettuce and tomatoes or whatever and not have to go to the grocery store, especially if the grocery stores are already closed. I'd recommend this DG. No...
Read moreTreated horribly because I receive otc benefits and had no cash on me. When I needed 11$ cash after OTC covered 110$ the rudest employee I ever met refused to work with me because idk what was covered and what wasn't. Anyone knows with OTC it's forever changing what's covered. Also nothing is marked if it's covered or not. He said when I said I had to run home to get the cash " I'm NOT ringing these items back up!!!" I had been there the day before and happened to me then to with the OTC. So he thru that in my face!!! This employee should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! Threatened to call the police!?!?? All said and done I will go out of Wausaukee to use my OTC. Inconvenient???? Definitely!!!! But to keep from being humiluated.......
