Terrible customer service !!!! I have been charge since March for cameras which was never opened and returned with a return no label sent my Mediacom within 2 weeks of receiving them , I was charged for these cameras and my internet every month . I started calling in May . They seen where items were returned and were gonna credit me next month on my bill , here comes June and July . Another call to them again each month , the lady even told me what my credit would be . Still no credit , this month August they took out 492.00 !!!! They said my 90 days trial was up and I did not return the equipment!!! After taking to several customer service reps that did not help me !! Could not find what I was talking about . Literally told me the 492.00 charge was valid !he told me I needed to provide proof I sent back the cameras !! ! I asked for a supervisor like 4 times !! Finally got him on the phone … another 25 minutes !! He had to look into my case he couldn’t see everything !!!!! He assured me he would call me back … Monday night , still no return call !!!! I will be stopping payment of their charge as soon as it is not pending in my account !! They told me they called my on July 2 and told me they did not receive my equipment back !! No one ever called me !! So I got my tracking number from the supervisor for my return label !! Yes it was returned 2 weeks after I got it !!! These people are idiots !!!!!! Another one hour and 15 minute call Friday and still no response or help ! DO NOT USE THEM for any services !!!!!!! As of today August 26 I still have not been contacted by Mediacom !! They still have my 465.00 … I went into the local office of my house . Thursday . Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I paid mediacom 140 dollars 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received service that I can use. Idk why mediacom thinks they get paid in advance For work. No one else in this world gets paid in advance. I’ve had 1 technician SIT OUTSIDE my house and IN HIS for over 6 hours. Never got out, my wife had to go out there and flag him down and ask what was going on. He proceeded to say “we didn’t answer the door and it was technically a missed appointment.” I have security cameras. No one ever got out that truck. And I still had to reschedule my appointment EVEN THOUGH i have proof that he never knocked. Even went up to Waveland mediacom with it. Then I’ve had another technician come out, who came out and just took pictures. Ever since then, mediacom has sent random people at random times to come look around my house without no notification, no knock on the door presenting who it was. I have contacted them multiple times about these issues. I haven’t been offered anything other than a ear and an “I’m sorry” I talked to the manager of the technicians to get something going he proceeded to set up an appointment and never show. So I guess the problems start at the top, if the manager can’t even do the things he says. They know people need WiFi in the 21 century and they pretty much hold you hostage...
Read moreNot happy with my service this past month. I have had internet a total of 12 days, 5 of those days I have had to unplug my modem & call them to get it back online. I drove 2 hours to get a new modem to fix my problem, but a week later it was offline again, I waited from the 8th til the 17th for a technician to come to my house, only for him to tell me I'm going to keep having service interruptions until they fixed the cable at the pole, so now here I am the 22nd, 5 days later! & my internet is no longer working again & a tech can't get to my house again until the 29th 🤣 they said they would credit my bill, I've been credited 27 dollars. So my bill is still 50 dollars for maybe a week of uninterrupted service.. when I asked to speak to a supervisor with 3 different employees I still didn't get one on the phone. I have been a customer for 10 months.. with the way my past month has been I expected more than a $27 dollar credit, since I work from home I have had to drive to family members houses to continue my work & I drove 2 hours to the closest mediacom also with no compensation!!
