I’ve given this location several chances and every single time I’m disappointed!! Today I ordered through the app and had my husband pick it up on his way home for lunch. When he got home I was missing a wacky pack as well as his cheeseburger had onions and tomatoes when I specifically ordered it WITHOUT. I called and was told to come up there and they’d make it right all to be given the WRONG KIDS MEAL!!!!! I opted for a refund to be told that I had to contact corporate. When I got home I called corporate and was told and word for word was told “maybe he didn’t know what he was talking about. You have to go to the drive in to get your refund”. I told him I was told due to ordering through the app that I had to contact corporate yet corporate told me to go to the restaurant. I spent an hour on the phone and was offered two coupons for free product WITH PURCHASE!!!!!! I STILL HAD TO BUY SOMETHING TO GET SOMETHING FREE!!!!!!! She was the most attentive individual at the establishment even going so far as to come back to my automobile a total of 5 times in order to perfect my order. It was 11:24pm on a brisk Saturday night in the middle of an August rush. The parking lot was insanely packed and once again she was there waiting on every single car on her own two feet by herself like the superstar she is. During my last visit I inquired one of your employees named Emma about Morgan's current employment status and was informed that she was no longer officially employed. This has come as a tremendous disappointment to me and my family as Morgan was the light at the end of the tunnel during our late night car rides. Read moreOne of my worst sonic experiences of all time. First of all they didn't give me any whipped cream on my caramel sundae. Second of all they didn't give me hardly any caramel on my Sunday. Third I added tomato to my burger and got charged for it but received no tomato. The food that was supposed to be hot was cold and the food that was supposed to be cold was hot. I would like it to be noted that this was at approximately 5:15 p.m. on a Wednesday night. Typically should have been supper rush hour. It's unknown why the burgers were cold and stale. It's also unknown why someone working for Sonic does not know how to make a Sunday. Absolutely more training needs to be done at this Sonic. Obviously management is not doing their job with training and or supervising. I am guessing that this is probably an individually owned Sonic but I could be wrong.
