The center is clean. That’s why it got three stars instead of one. It might be OK if you don’t plan on eating there. I’ve heard that the food that they serve is good, but make sure you eat before you come because their portions are so small they keep running out of food. Dietary needs are generalized and not exact. So if you have special dietary needs, I suggest you bring your own food. Whatever your reservation needs are for the Civic Center, please do not bring things that plug-in. Their electric grid cannot handle it. And lastly, seating. Nobody likes to sit on top of each other. Every place I’ve been before there’s always been plenty of seating. Read moreWe had the pleasure of visiting the Waxahachie Civic Center with friends and family and had a wonderful experience. The Waxahachie Civic Center was very clean and free of any fall or slip hazards. The handicapped parking spaces were plentiful and the parking lot was huge. The 95th Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards was very nice and Four Day Weekend Comedy did an amazing job at being the Master of Ceremonies. Congratulations to all the individuals and companies that won awards. Looking forward to the 96th Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards. The Waxahachie Civic Center is a great place to host an event.

Read moreI went to pluck Tulips in the Civic Center's rear yard. The entrance fee to the garden is $20 per person, and you can pick as many Tulips as you want for $1 each. There are many different colors of tulips, and they are absolutely stunning!!!! They even wrap the tulips when you're done picking, which is such a nice touch!! Today, there was an Expo inside the Civic Center with so many different plants and gardening supplies!! I had a great time...
