Chocolate Therapy — Local services in Wayland

I went here for a chocolate making class which includes a small lesson on how chocolate is made, bean to bar tasting, decorating, and making our own truffles to take home!

This was a fantastic experience started with sampling some of their popular flavors. All were wonderful and we got to sample as Pam, the co owner, explained what was in each truffle.

We then went with Rick to start making the ganache. You can tell he was very passionate about his work as he thoroughly told us about chocolate and how it needs to be mixed just right and at the right temperature to give you that experience of it melting perfectly in your mouth.

Once that was setting up we learned how chocolate is made from David, the co owner. Again, the passion and love for what he does shows in his excitement in his presentation.

Once we finished our truffles with flavoring salt or spices, we packaged them up and took them home!

I am a bit of a chocoholic and am definitely picky about chocolate and I was blown away by Chocolate Therapy! I discovered Chocolate Therapy through Groupon and regret not going much sooner. I tried the Blueberry Lemon Basil, Black Coffee, and Salted Caramel. The variety and unique combinations of ingredients are more impressive than any Boston chocolatier that I have been to. In addition to the truffles being delicious, the service was very friendly and the space was nice and welcoming. I am looking forward to going back and getting the spicy truffles, brittle, and some Mexican Hot Chocolate. It's great to have a really excellent chocolatier...

I popped into this shop because the name spoke to my soul 😋 and I was greeted by every associate who was in the storefront. They were so genuine and kind. They shared their awesome news about being in Oprah’s favorite things (which I then saw a week later). And they cared so much about the owners, their story, and their chocolate options.
