Wayland Pizza House — Restaurant in Wayland

I have been coming to Wayland Pizza House for over 10 years at this point. I used to come here at least twice a week when I lived alone. Enough to where the owners knew my car and knew my regular order.

I usually get the grilled chicken sub with green peppers, cheese and mayo. When it is at it's peak, this is the BEST grilled chicken sub I have ever eaten.

Sometimes, when I'm feeling adventurous, I also like to get their steak tips sub which is also really good. Understandably, you will get more protein in the chicken versus the steak. They also have a delicious mixed plate where you get both as well as salad and fries.

I loved the previous owner and the new owners are just as great. They've renovated the seating area and it's extremely comfortable even though it's not especially large.

Be sure to ask which items are Halal and they will be happy...

I called earlier today to see if these kind people were willing to donate some pizzas to the firefighting effort for the unfortunate fire that occurred today. They were more than happy to and the pizzas were picked up by Wayland PD to bring to the most likely exhausted firefighters. I have been to this pizza shop on multiple occasions but feel the need to go out of my way to give them my business now. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was not breaded ughhh and I was so hungry to many onions as well and the blue cheese was way overloaded very messy but I still ate the sandwich im hoping it doesn't give me heartburn later fingers crossed price 14 bucks for large sandwich chips and soda for a lunch pretty normal price wise and now that I think of it I didn't say I wanted crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich so thats on me other then that customer service was great very...
