Save A Lot — Local services in Waynesboro

This is a great little store with lots of great deals on meats, produce and other items. The prices in this store are far lower than some of the larger chains nearby. The selection may be limited on certian items, but you can usually find what you are looking for, or at least a suitable replacement. We like it here and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It was a very nice store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and neat. The items were packed and kept stocked. The item we had went for wasn't out and we asked about it the lady said they didn't have room for it and went back and got it out of the freezer for us with no problem or dirty looks or grunts or anything negative that other places have given us if they had to do something extra for us. I rarely stop here but when I do Saturday morning once a month cashier lady is always not knowing how to scan or terminal is down. Today I got juice and cereal before work. So tried to pay with card 3 times. Cashier no action just telling me line is down. So I turned around and left. Big mistake to make food lion to go away.
