Had them install a CB and wire it directly to the battery. Alternator died shortly after and couldn't figure out why since it's fairly new. I open the battery compartment and I see the power wire arcing on the battery brackets. No heat shrink, no zip ties and the fusable link is bouncing around the compartment. For the high rate they charged me, I would think they wouldn't skimp on the cheapest materials. Pretty disappointed. The actual install was sloppy but I'm picky so I fixed what I didn't like about it. The electrical part should have been a no brainier .. now that I think about it 🤔...... It was. No brain. Stopped in to have SWR set on my new antenna. The guy.did it in the parking lot, parked right next to the shop (not out in an open parking lot). Then after snipping the antenna shorter, realized.he.screwed up ...tells me just.use.the radio on middle.channels mostly, for.best reception. Still charged me. Not going...

They use to do good work however I took my cobra29 chrome in there about a year ago bran new CB to have a peak and tune done and the guy doing the work nearly screwed it up, I had to go to another cb shop where I always go in new Paris Ohio at the Petro to get it done right I don’t recommend...
