Our first-hand experience with Parts City Auto Parts was truly a surreal experience like no other that I have ever had.

My fellow Veteran & I were headed to the West Coast when we had an unexpected automotive breakdown on Friday, September 08, 2023 that left us totally & completely stranded in Hinton, Oklahoma.

A good Samaritan from Hinton, Oklahoma that was just walking by our vehicle sent us to see Ken, at Parts City Auto Parts, this would be very fortuitous.

Ken was extremely helpful, friendly, dependable, courteous, upfront, honest, accommodating & very generous in so many ways. I am honestly lost for words when it comes to the service and follow through that Ken provided to us, a couple of out of town veterans.

Meeting Ken helped restore my friends faith that there are still benevolent & down to earth people in our country. People like Ken make me proud to have served in the military.

The service, however, did not stop at the door of Parts City Auto Parts either. Ken was able to direct us to other reputable services in the community that we were in need of, as well.

My personal thank you card will be in the mail this week to thank Ken and all of the staff at Parts City Auto Parts for their fine service.

I arrived about 4:00 p.m. having a belt & tensioner problem and car was overheated and I had to wait a while till after they closed and they had locked up and left. The owner said he had to feed animals and would be back to check on me after. I spent a couple hours fighting it. Front wheel drive cars are a pain these days. Owner showed back up and took a turn at it, and I was off and running. I even tried to tip him, he refused, I threatened to throw it to the wind, but gave up. I took my son to the Hinton DMV to get his Drivers License. We were told we couldn't do the test until we had the third brake light on his car fixed. They gave us 30 minutes to get it fixed and get back. Parts City, knew exactly what we needed when we talked in the door. They fixed the light and had us out the door in 6 minutes.
