I have brought several ppl here to get their license, as it use to be really fast & easy to get in and out & taken care of kindly. To say the least my last several encounters at this place have been anything but reasonable. Today I brought my friend to get her license…all she needed was the driving test…we arrived quite some time before noon…sat and waited for her ticket number…(by the time she gets called back there are 4 other people in the waiting room…NONE OF WHICH WERE WAITING FOR A DRIVING TEST…the driving test person was back at the facility at this point it is 2:35p.m (have been told previously by them that they stop driving tests @4:00pm because they have paperwork to do) and we are told that for her to be able to take her test she has to come back tomorrow morning @8am and re wait all day because appointments take priority over walk ins. So I wasted a day to wait in this office…to be pulled back for literally 60 seconds of their time to tell us we have to come and re-wait…for what…to be told that appointments take priority over walk ins again?? These people have absolutely no respect of peoples time. This is getting ridiculous why are all these systems so backed up…no one can afford to be without their proper license, etc for 3+ months. If I could give less that 1 star I definitely would. Living up to the ‘Hinton’ standard...

Drove almost an hour to get here. We came prepared to wait in line. Waited about 2 hours to opening. We were the 6th people in line.. Got inside and got checked in by Mr. SCOTT who did a wonderful job. We both received a ticket.( no appointment) Waited about 20 minutes to be called Since we were transferring our out of state license we brought a folder of majority of the important documents they might needed. We got seen same day and Mr. HOUSTON handled my paperwork. He was very Professional and nice!! Even though I didn't have an appointment he still took his time to get my things in order. He explained the difference between the IDs and even let me update my voters registration😁 The lady who helped my spouse was also very nice and professional. I drove with a lady with short hair and glasses. To begin with, she wasn’t the nicest or warmest person. Next, comes FAILING my drive test. I’m 36. I am an experienced driver. I drove perfectly well for her. No, not perfect, but perfectly well. I would’ve passed w/ anyone else and she failed me on some super minor, technical things. She was on something from the beginning w/ me. Why? I could not tell u. Like, I must have fit some description of something or somebody she doesn’t like sigh. I did not need that hater bs.
