….From the second I laid eyes on These Boots, I knew I had to have them for My Family Member who is a Mason, And can Honestly say that with all the care and Extra Special Customer Service Teskey’s adds into every sale, I’ve Done so with zero regrets! These Masonic Boots are a special edition… (That Really Says Something Extra Special to Me as A Person with a Quickly Growing Boot Collection, when Anderson Bean Makes A Special Boot For Your Store!, Especially if they, Like I, don’t mind putting your Name down to endorse them!) ….made especially for Teskey’s, which means if You want them, You have to buy them Here, and You’ve got to get them while they last! Upon opening the size 13EE At Christmas, We realized they were far too big and my family member only needed an 11.5EE, While Normally I would Worry about Returning such a valuable purchase, over such a distance, and Filling out their return paperwork just right, (if You do have a return, save all the tags, don’t discard anything, make sure it remains Unworn and cared for like-new, save the original Receipt to all the materials your original order came with) ….this is where their all-star Kate Briggs came in, Wow, You could only hope that in every single customer service experience you ever had, needed, or were about to experience, that there was a Kate Briggs! ….She was super kind, beyond Fast, proactively securing the “Right Boots / Right Size” For My return Immediately and said “Don’t worry about it, We’ll hold on to them while we wait for Your return to get Here!” What an absolutely Exceptional human being! I Truly Hope Your company, and customers all celebrate Having a Kate Briggs and give Her every Opportunity for Promotion there is within Your company, because I can tell You, In 39 Years of Life, I’ve never had such an incredible customer service experience! ….I was so worried that something was “going to happen” that either the boots would be sold out from under me, or that I wouldn’t have filled something out correctly and there would’ve been a “Gotchya” in the return paperwork, or that they would’ve Made me wait for the boots to make it back before I could Pick out the next pair I wanted (I could see some lesser companies doing that, in case they found a reason not to accept them, they wouldn’t be out the sale if someone came in in the meantime who wanted them), Rest Your fears, and do business Here, Sometimes When We’re challenged, or a business has the opportunity to easily Take the lower route, but instead, they go Higher, above and beyond, work harder, go the extra mile, and have someone like Kate Briggs, who is truly Exceptional, that also says a lot to me about their culture, ownership, who can spot Quality when they see it, Which is Mirrored between their People and their products, I can honestly tell You, You couldn’t hope for a better customer service experience Before, During, and After the sale!

Read moreGreat selection but very disappointed with the staff and the restaurant service… the staff were constantly on their phones and not friendly with the exception of two older women. Anytime any part of my family tried to receive either help or information the staff were extremely short and not helpful. Now for the restaurant … our waitress (middle aged woman) took 20 mins just to take our drink order then another 10 minutes later came back to get our food orders then it took 35 minutes after that for our food to come out (I wish I was making this up) there were four tables with people at them and she made it a point to ask if they were doing okay and if they needed anything but looked at us didn’t say a word and went to ask the next table? My family and I were confused… she then proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with one of the tables close to us who seemed to be locals… meanwhile a man who was sitting alone (in front of their table) for 20 minutes who she had taken his drink order still hadn’t received a drink then a older waitress came over 5 minutes after the one waitress stopped conversing and asked him for his drink order he said he had already given it to the waitress before and it’s been more than 20 minutes ago then a young waitress came over and asked for his drink order 10 minutes after that encounter and he just finally gave it to her as well…. with that being said it seems like if you aren’t local these employees don’t care. The poor table next to us had their drink orders taken then 10 minutes later the older waitress came over and asked for their drink orders then 10 more minutes later she came back over this time with a note pad and asked everyone again…? The food was mediocre the burger patties tasted like they had been either overcooked or precooked then heated up with cheese they were extremely dry it was incredibly hard to swallow. It took us maybe 10 minutes to eat for half of us couldn’t even finish our meals because of taste/ overcookednes or whatever …When we were done we were sitting at the table for another 10 minutes to get the check or something? My mom ended up walking to the front which we waited ANOTHER 13 minutes just to pay then we left…. Not to mention the young blonde waitress yelled at a little girl to get out of her way…? We were there in the restaurant for 88mins … 1hr and 46 mins and ate for only 10 of those minutes and received a cold shoulder and horrible service the other 78 minutes and yes that 10 minutes of eating time does include the people who actually tried to finish their food…
I’m not one to leave too many reviews much less bad reviews but this was shocking to see and experience.
Bad food, bad “service” if you want to call it service I mean only seeing your waitress talking to people or forgetting to attend to the tables she was supposed to be getting drinks for and then other two waitresses “waiting” on every one else/ also forgetting peoples orders… smh

Read moreIn short, this is a company that LIES, has NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, is ARROGANT and absolutely has NO DIGNITY OR ETIQUETTE in serving customers. Last August, me and my husband sent a work saddle to have a broken tree replaced, repairs made, a duplicate tree made and another work saddle made onto the duplicate tree. For the last six months we have been getting the run-around by Casey Cooper as to where and when our saddle(s) would be completed. Honestly, we forgot about it with the hustle and bustle of going to shows, kids, life, etc. and then started wanting some answers since our checks had been deposited and still, no saddle. After leaving numerous messages and literally chasing Casey Cooper down on the phone we got a story that the factory that remakes the saddle trees had burnt down and they basically had to start all over. So I nailed him down to a date that we could have the saddle by (8/13015...remember originally sent in August of 2014) and still no saddle. I give it a week. No call. No saddle. So I call and find who Casey answers to (who was contacted at one point in this year by my husband and HE does not return phone calls either!) and let them know the story and that I want a saddle, a refund or a lawyer will be calling shortly. IMMEDIATELY we got some results. Saddle sent home with the new tree and a refund. However, the silver on this saddle (yes, a work saddle but real silver nonetheless...) has been bent back by pliers, hammered by hammers and wood screws are now holding pieces of my saddle together. Not to mention the other numerous places on the saddle were not touched at all for repairs. So the short of my experience: Teskey's is awful. They have absolutely no idea what customer service is nor do they care. Casey Cooper is a LIAR. Remember the story about the saddle tree plant burning down? So I googled it (Precision Saddle Tee) and there was a fire there....in 2013!!! A whole year BEFORE we even sent the saddle to them!
