I paid $ 222.57 to get complete wash of my 2020 truck and trailer of 53 dry van. with all other offered special services I requested to wash my tandem Drive excels, But i got very poor service my both drive excels were only wet to pretended as washed but when It got dry it appeared that the staff under the poor supervision of Mr Chad did not was it correctly even-though they did not rains it with pressure simple water while i have to reach in time at consignee at my appointment. as on June 17, 2020 at 11 pm I came back to same Girard OH location of Blue Beacon truck washing facility with my complain to not given my the service for what i paid $222.57 total, as on I told all my grievances to supervisor Mr David the person on duty at that time. He did not agree to fix it, even I given him receipt and show all old sticked dirt on drive excels. I did not received the service for what I had full paid, I not get problem fixed by properly washing Tandem drive Excels at my truck. Supervisor Mr David behavior was rude, unethical, not professional. I am right to say that Girard OH Blue Beacon just cheated my money by not providing proper...

This is Blue Beacon the next to the worst Blue Beacon. Haubstadt, IN and Cuba, MO are tied for the worst. Corporate Blue Beacon sent me vouchers to get it washed at any other Blue Beacon of my choice. Guess Corporate will be getting another email with pictures and a copy of my receipt as well. If I could give minus Stars this location would get Negative 5 Stars. You want EXCELLENT BLUE BEACON TRUCK WASH. GO TO BARSTOW, CA ACROSS STREET FROM FLYING J. ANY DAY ANY SHIFT AT THAT LOCATION. Today is 09/03/2025 around 10:30pm There are three people working there.. all three don't want work only want free money all three are lazy. one guy charged me $131 for classic wash with moter wash also after all three take only 7min then one man say you are good to go. i am shocked how because my truck and trailer is very dirty it is take 25 to 30 min . second thing after washing moter nobody ask me for looking and close my hood . after all this i am park my truck at petro truck stop is it front of the blue beacon and check my truck after checking what i see oh my good they're doing nothing only throw water all over the truck that's it all truck is dirty. after see this feels very bad totally wasted my money and time.

I request the manager and owner to fire these three boys from the job.please they are doing nothing in night only throwing water and wash truck in 7min .i waste my money reson this three people . im make a money with do hardwork no like you lazyy i also have a receipt so i know what i do now .
