Waffle House — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

Actually, this is sad for me because my husband and I frequently visit this place. It was an extremely busy day and I understand that, however we walked in and no one even said hello, ill be with you shortly, take a seat or anything. I watched a group of four leave before us, because they hadn't been acknowledged either. I also in this time watched a man who wanted to pay, go back and leave his whole check on the table because no one acknowledged him to get his payment. A few minutes later, 2 young gentleman came in and basically forced them to clean a place at the counter. Guess what, they acknowledged them and took their order. While my husband and I sat and watched several servers look right at us, not attempt to clear any table that left or anything. My husband finally had enough after 45 minutes and said something and guess what...the manager got an attitude. Instead of trying to find out exactly what happened, she said basically screw you we are busy and that's the best I can do. I understand being busy, but I also understand being nice. We left..but it's really sad because the food there is usually very good and most of the waitresses are kind. Don't know what happened today, but we will definitely...

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a waffle house. First off shame on management for only having 1 gal on the line cooking. I set there watched handful of people walk out and couple threw the dish rag on the floor off the table and left. My husband and I set there for an hr. Took 4o plus minutes to get our food. Bacon was burnt we got our food 10 minutes after being served bacon, so by then it was cold. When I went to eat my hash brown they were also burnt. There were about a tablespoon of eatable hash browns. The waitress said oh do you want new one's made. Like as if I was going to say yes an wait another hr for them. The waffle was still in the waffle iron when we were done with our food by this time. When I asked the waitress why she would charge me for hash brown when I couldnt eat them she said it's encluded in the meal. RIGHT and I couldnt chew them the were so hard. NOT that I didnt want them the issue was on their end to why they were not eatable. NOT my fault. She took a few cents off my bill. Very...

Ordered sandwich to go, left 10% tip, walked outside and saw the chubby unhappy waitress trough the window showing my check to the other girl and most likely complaining about the low tip? Idk...

Cant wait when we truckers will start to get tipped for sitting and waiting for hours at receivers docks to get unloaded. At least for safe driving and dealing with all kinds of idiots on the road?

Pretty clean for especially a waffle house, no flyes flying at this visit, (maybe because its october?) not as greasy, doesnt stink like others (especially once that are over crowded and big lines to the restrooms which are basically located in the same room)

Not a fan of a waffle house, but loved their waffles and that most of them are open around the clock.
