I was in the area to attend a memorial service for my mother-in-law.l, who passed on Christmas Day in 2022. I stayed at a hotel 2 miles away and went to Briggs Woods as a single on Saturday morning, hoping to get paired up. The pro shop was staffed by two very young women, one of whom was in training. I golfer in front of me identified himself as a single with no tee time. He was told by one of the women he'd need to wait 1.5 hours to play. Realizing I would suffer the same fate, I asked if I could hit a bucket of balls on the range. He commented that he had been frustrated by management's refusal to have someone knowledgeable in charge present on a Saturday, the busiest day of the week. That explained why the staff had no clue about the non-existence of the driving range. The helpful gentleman offered to give me e a ride back to the hotel, which I graciously accepted. He was a great ambassador for Briggs Woods. Unfortunately, the two women in the Pro Shop were not. Management needs to get its...

I along with my friend who drove separately wasted plenty of money in gas and the refund took two weeks to get settled through GolfNow. Terrible experience and should be held accountable considering multiple people wasted their time and money in gas. Someone needs to catch that it’s a bad way to do business would not recommend...

Don't think the original design called for that many overgrown fairways and tee boxes. But was in good shape and played nice greens were smooth. Better than last round, some trees were trimmed by mother nature? Opened up so paths for ball...
