This company does not care about their employees. Went in to grab some hair color and saw a young employee getting yelled at over the phone by a gm or dm. She was on the verge of tears so I asked her if she was ok, and she almost broke down explaining that her dm would not let her leave the store even though the registers were down and she couldnât even clock in or out. This is disgusting considering that the store had lost power or something and she couldnât open the register for transactions therefore the store wouldnât even be making any money??? I donât understand why this girl couldnât leave and close if the store wasnât even open? She stated that she needed to go see her mom because sheâs old and wasnât feeling well and since the store canât make any money, she thought that it would be ok to close and leave to visit her elderly mother. They told her on the phone ânoâ and to stay open and use cash out of her own pocket to use as change for customer transactions and to write receipts basically guessing the tax on the items. I called back & she said she couldn't hear me & that service was breaking up after clearly having a dialogue with me about a product I was looking for, plus tries to put me on hold?! No thanks. She seems nice in person but don't let that fool you, don't contact her through the phone. Rude customer service from her behalf. In the future learn to at least apologize to your customers even if you think you're right or you'll get nowhere. Will be taking my business to another Sally's. Thankful there's plenty more :) Avoid this employee & all the grumpy...

I ordered from the app. Received a text about an hour later when the store opened. Went in and it was literally right there on the counter waiting when I walked in. There was no Hassle. No extra waiting. Just walked in, I had already paid on the app, got my merch and left. I was only in the store for maybe 60 seconds.
