The Vault — Local services in Webster

Today was my 1st time here. But definitely not my last! Super friendly & knowledge staff. A wide variety of products, which are all on display. And prices are quite reasonable. They don't have an ATM. But do accept debit cards for an additional fee. I love that it's only a few minutes from my house. And I like supporting local businesses. However, in addition to the MA sales tax and cannabis MA excise tax, you're also charged a Webster excise tax. At least it's not a whole lot. But it's 1 more tax that other dispensaries in other towns don't have. If you haven't been here yet....whatcha waiting for? Go check them out! You won't be disappointed. They have the best selection of sativa gummys I've found. They do have an ATM ($3 fee) and they allow well behaved dogs that are on a leash! I brought my beagle "Happy" last week to pick up my order. 1& Done called on the phone person I spoke to assured me that the preroll I was looking for was in stock (high thc multi pack )and they had plenty no need to put it on hold drove up from Connecticut pressed for time or I would have gone to my regular Massachusetts Shop. After getting in where they took all your information which I wasn't that comfortable with then proceeding through the vault door, a very pleasant person took my order and a couple minutes later a person came out and told me it was out of stock. I've been to a bunch of places this place when I was there was not busy and I assume that in the hour and a half from the time I called till I got there if they had plenty there was no way it was sold out especially with Massachusetts limits and it being preRolls. I will not waste another Trip there in the future by going there. I'll stick with the places that I know have what I want my suggestion to the owner reeducate your telephone people. I had severe general anxiety which caused me to be unable to leave my house or car. I had a medicinal card but my anxiety was too high to go into pharmacies and my partner would get it for me. My friend suggested this location when we were closer to the area and my partner loved it. When I decided to push back against my anxiety I went here with my husband, then I started going in by myself. They don't know it buuttt that's exactly how I practiced to get over my condition. I am now anxiety free and use marijuana recreationally. I STILL make the trip from southern CT to The Vault once or twice a month because I believe their service is superior. If you are a fellow struggler I found the setup and staff are exactly what people like us need paired with our weed 😂

The entry way is spacious enough and a kind person is usually behind the desk to check ID's. You enter into a large space that has many things on display and workers readily available with tablets in hand to answer questions and make your choice right there with them.
