Les Schwab Tire Center — Local services in Weiser

This business deserves a 5 Star review. While in transit from Idaho to Utah I encountered a low tire light on my dashboard. We all know this is the last thing you want to see but Les Schwab took away all my worries. As I was driving through Weiser, Idaho looking for a place to air up my low tire I noticed a Les Schwab store. I pulled in there and ask if they could put some air in the tire assuming the dash board sensor might be inaccurate as the tire didn't look low. I walked in and was met by a female employee (Angela?) at the front desk. I told her my dilemma and she said lets perform a courtesy check on it at no cost as I was traveling quit a distance back to Salt Lake City. Upon the inspection it was determined I had a small nail hole. They repair it rapidly and the technician informed me of the hole, no charge! Few businesses offer real customer service but these folks require a pat on the back. Not only do they know their job, they know customer service. I highly recommend this business if you live in the area of Weiser, Idaho. Both of these employees are superstars and truly understand the true essence of customer service. I appreciate...

Stopped by needed someone to look at my passenger tire real quick as I am a courier driver that drives about 350 miles A-day I was hearing some noise knowing something wasn't right from my tire called a head spoke to Josh let him know what was going on and when I would be there. I was greatly pleased when I got there they were able to get me in right away only to find out about 2 minutes later they came out to try to tell me that the noise was from my snow tires or that nothing else is wrong and maybe if I heard it get worse to come back. As if I wouldn't know in the 20000 miles I've already put on my snow tires the noise that they make compared to the new noise I'm hearing today. Seemed more like Josh wasnt wanting to help someone out near the end of the day! Thanks for nothing! I drove out of the parking lot hearing the noise so loud they could probably hear it inside. Tyler was the one who looked at my car but as soon as i checked in with Josh at the desk he went straight back and Tyler came to tell me nothings wrong. Thanks guys sleep...

Great service. We called in needing a tire for our camper so we could get moved ASAP. We were told by the woman that the only matching tire was outrageously expensive and would have been basically every dollar we had. So we took the tire in to see if it could be repaired. They checked it for free and said it wouldn't even hold air and the sidewall was too damaged. So then we were contemplating buying the new expensive tire because we needed to move the trailer soon. And then one of the technicians came out and said he had a slightly smaller used tire that would be fine for one trip. That's all we needed and it also saved us a lot of money. Basically saved the day....
