As with the last reviewer, would give them zero stars. In person shopping may be fine, but they are not prepared to serve online and ship orders. Received a damaged console table they charged full price and they did not disclose it was the floor model. Shipping was almost $200 yet they threw it in pieced together cardboard that was falling apart when it arrived. Customer service horrible - they will not answer emails. Would give them a zero. Have receipts that read no refunds but return for credit within 10 days. Then have a sign at desk which the rude owner or her awful workers will point to saying no refunds if you make it in time. They sit around gossiping while people shop for things you can get at Home Goods at a fraction of the cost. I would rather eat glass than ever go into this port-a-potty. Can’t wait til they close.
