I shop at Lee’s regularly for groceries. However, I had the worst service at their cafe. I am a polite customer and when I asked for my sandwich, the older woman behind the counter became petty/super rude. Couldn’t believe it and I won’t ever go back. If you’re looking for a stressful morning experience, please stop by! Continued Nov. 29 Thought to give the very rude Phyllis at the cafe another try. I should’ve walked away when I saw her struggling with the POS. Nonetheless, I politely ordered my food and paid (I believe overcharged too as my single breakfast sandwich was over 7$), and when picking up I inquired about my order. Phyllis got upset, and attempted the exact same petty attitude (as the prior incident!). Customers are not an inconvenience! By no means am I expected a Shiatsu massage, however a cordial appropriate approach will do. Management ought to limit scheduling to employees with frequent complaints. Or limit exposure. This is the last time I shop there for breakfast. Too bad, as the other ladies there at the cafe are great and have pleasant...

During the recent egg “crisis” Clements took almost two weeks longer to level out their prices vs other stores. Even the liquor store marks up domestic beer by $2+. It hurts the blue collar population to cater to the wealthy and because of that I only go here for emergencies. Let the summer population keep...
Read moreCan't say enough good things about the staff at the Wine & Spirits store. They're super helpful, friendly, just nice folks. They make you want to be there. The whole team, Becky Matt Heather...it's like you go in and see friends. I have asked Becky to order me the most ARCANE bottles of liqueur or wine and it's impossible to stump them...if it's in a bottle, Becky will procure it for you! All the staff there is really knowledgeable and has the enthusiasm about what they do that only comes from liking their job. It's a positive-energy place...like having your own liquor concierge! It's dangerous to have booze shopping be this pleasant but tip: they also are very thoughtful about the no-alcohol selection so if you are doing dry Jan or just taking a break, go here...they stock and can recommend some of the best nonalcoholic...
