DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I bought two bathing suits and a pair of Shorts on a Sunday. Did not end up wearing any of them. Brought them back the next Friday ( 5 days later) with original tags still on and a receipt. Was not able to return them at all! Was told by the owner I could not even get store credit past 3 days! He pointed to the tiny print on the receipt and said “ It says no returns on swimwear”. Which I understand if I had even taken the tags off? I actually asked him if that was even legal? What kind of store doesn’t allow you to return items with tags on and a receipt? These were NOT sale items, it was over a hundred dollars worth of merchandise. I would NEVER shop there again! What a racket. Just making money off tourists, what poor...

I purchased 4 canvas rafts. Including shipping and MA tax, it was not inexpensive. The first raft failed the first time it was inflated and to Marconi's credit they replaced the one raft. Subsequently on the family trip for which they were purchased each and every one leaked in the exact same spot as the first one, including the replacement. As it had been over 30 days Marconi's would not replace or refund even though I sent a photo showing the identical leaks in all the rafts. Clearly a manufacturing defect.
