Bigger than my waistline after a Sunday BBQ! They’ve got washers, dryers, refrigerators, and even those fancy dishwashers that practically do the cha-cha while cleaning your plates. The staff? Talk about a friendly bunch! They were more helpful than a microwave at 2 AM when you’re craving leftovers. I asked one of the salespeople about a washing machine, and he said, “This one’s so good, it’ll wash away your worries!” I laughed so hard I almost spilled my sweet tea!

The customer service was very good. However, i bought a whirlpool washing machine and the water wouldn't fill up to the line. Returned that machine and exchanged it for another one. Got it home, hooked it up and the agitator was not working. After the second one, I requested a refund and it was politely given. Went to Home Depot bought a GE washer for a comparable price, recieved free delivery and free set up and my problem was solved. Can't beat the customer service but the product, ummmmm. This all took place over a three- four day period. Thank goodness we have the capability to delivery because I'm sure there would have been delivery charges added as well as return charges. I'm not sure who answers these reviews at Fanning's. I fully understand that newer machines operate differently, save water, and have the bells and whistles. I have an actual video of the water not covering the clothes in the washer, keep in mind I had the water level on high, as well as a video of the agitator not pulling the clothes down. If there was a space to download a video, let me know. To put these malfuncting machines back on the floor is asking...
